Governing Law¶
All agreements, terms, and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Dispute Resolution¶
Any dispute arising from or relating to UCCA services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, County of New Castle. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
