Terms of Service¶

1. Acceptance¶
By accessing or using any UCCA service ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services¶
UCCA provides a legislative compliance engine, verified contact chain infrastructure, and associated documentation surfaces. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts and Verification¶
When you register with UCCA, you receive a verified contact record consisting of:
- A unique hash identifying your record
- A cryptographic chain of all interactions
- A personal verification key (K2) delivered to your confirmed endpoint
You are responsible for securing your K2. UCCA cannot recover a lost K2 — only reissue a new one to your verified endpoint.
4. Acceptable Use¶
You may not:
- Attempt to access documents above your trust level by technical means
- Impersonate another contact or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with the integrity of the verification chain
- Use automated tools to scrape or enumerate the service
5. Intellectual Property¶
All content, infrastructure, and documentation on UCCA services is the property of UCCA INC or its licensors. The UCCA name and mark are registered with the USPTO (Reg. No. 7,619,705).
6. Limitation of Liability¶
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCCA INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law¶
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. See Jurisdiction & Governing Law for full detail.
8. Changes¶
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
